This bridal inspiration shoot was months in the making. Being my first editorial styled shoot, I wanted to make sure it would run smoothly and be professional, of course, but I always wanted to make sure it would remain true to my vision. The Halifax Farmers Market was a stunning venue for what I had envisioned. With its large windows and industrial size, it has space to accommodate everyone while also having so much natural light. The aesthetic of the building is so simple that it can easily be turned into whatever style you envision for your big day. The flower wall created by One Day Affair was, in my mind, the perfect enhancement to the grey walls. The rentals including the Victorian love seat and table setting were from MacFarland’s Events. The dress was created custom by local wedding designer, Katrina Tuttle. The shoes were shipped in by American shoe designers Bella Belle Shoes. The model is Avery Irene, and makeup by Peachie Keen Artistry. Lovestruck lettering and Seek and Bloom Co went above and beyond with their stunning stationary and calligraphy collaboration. All in all, it was a great day of learning and collaborating with super talented Nova Scotia wedding vendors. Check back to see more styled shoots curated by Marie Roy Photography, because I will absolutely be doing more of these!
