This Casino Nova Scotia wedding was an absolute dream. This was actually my first time doing professional photography in downtown Halifax - as I tend to enjoy more beach or valley locations in Nova Scotia. I went to check out the area a few weeks before, and settled on doing formal photos at the Historic Properties - and, let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Leanne and her bridesmaids enjoyed the luxury of the Marriott Harbourfront Hotel suite during the morning getting ready photos. I'd been communicating with Leanne and Matt long distance over the year as they got ready for the big day from their home in Calgary. So, even though I'd met them in person for the first time that morning, it felt like I had known them so much longer. I just absolutely fell in love with their whole family, they are all so incredibly kind and welcoming in every way.
